Concierge
The Receptionist provides the first impression to the Community and should therefore embody the philosophy and mission of the organization. The Receptionist will greet all residents, family members and visitors, answer the telephones, take and deliver messages and responding to the Executive Director’s directions.
Additionally, the Receptionist will provide clerical support for all departments. They will also provide back-up support in bookkeeping and recordkeeping. The Receptionist will answer questions, complete inquiry sheets and give tours as needed to support the Community Relations Department.
The Front Desk is the communication hub for the Community so proper coverage is important during business hours. The Receptionist may occasionally be asked to take a deposit to the bank or give a tour. It is the Receptionist’s responsibility to find an other staff member or Department Head to cover the Front Desk duties prior to stepping away.
