We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MedTech Supervisor to join our team. This crucial management role will oversee scheduling, staff training, and ensuring medication management compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling: Responsible for creating and maintaining the daily care staff schedule.

• Call-Offs: Directly manage call-offs, ensuring proper staffing coverage.

• Onboarding & Training: Oversee the onboarding of new staff and provide training on company procedures and expectations.

• Medication Audits: Regularly audit medication carts to ensure all medications are ordered and maintained. Ensure carts are ready for state surveys at all times.

• Medication Management: Ensure all medication management processes meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a management role, ideally within a healthcare or MedTech setting.

• Certification: Up-to-date Medication Management Certification.

• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Reliability: Ability to handle occasional call-offs and emergency situations as needed.
