2 Full-Time Positions – Monday to Friday, PM Shift
1 Part-Time Position – Sunday to Thursday
1 Part-Time Position – Monday & Tuesday
1 Part-Time Position – Friday to Sunday

Position Summary
As a Medication Technician / Resident Assistant, you will play a critical dual role in the daily wellness and safety of our residents. You will be responsible for administering medications as prescribed, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and fostering a supportive and engaging environment. This position supports both our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods and requires flexibility in serving wherever the need is greatest.
Key Responsibilities
Medication Administration
Accurately and safely administer medications per physician orders and state regulations.
Document medication administration and any changes in residents’ conditions promptly.
Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report to wellness leadership.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of the medication cart and related supplies.
Resident Care & Support
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meals.
Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting engagement and wellbeing.
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional conditions.
Assist with transferring and positioning residents safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Team Collaboration & Communication
Communicate effectively with nurses, other team members, and families regarding resident care.
Participate in shift reports, staff meetings, and ongoing training and development.
Support a positive, respectful team culture and uphold company values.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Current Medication Technician certification (per state requirements).
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related healthcare field preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to support older adults.
Schedule & Availability
Full-Time PM Shifts (Monday–Friday): Flexibility and reliability required.
Part-Time Opportunities:
